We have a wonderful chicken, Americus, that lays Wonderful Eggs.
She is like clock work. If she lays an egg at 7 am on Monday, I know I can expect an egg at 9am on Tuesday.
She has to take a day off once a week to rest,
I could sure learn a lesson from her.
Then it is back to the old routine of laying and egg.
The day she takes off,
makes for a bigger egg the next time she lays.
